Texas penal code anti gambling laws

We adhere to all policies and laws regarding gambling in Texas. Please contact us if you need more information about our company.

You must be 18 and over to participate in the poker tournament, no exceptions. There are no minimum buy in requirements. Participants must drink and behave responsibly at all time.

Firearm are prohibited in or near the event. Individuals engaging in violent or threatening behavior will be removed from the premises, there are no refunds for entrance or other event fees.

Excessive drinking or drunkenness is grounds for removal from the event. Individuals caught cheating will be fined and removed from the event and membership will be revoked.

Events requiring advanced sign up or registration.

Please submit all cancellation request 72 hours prior to tournament start dates. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations that occur within 72 hours of the event start.
